Why am I unable to create a "Part" in Logical Architecture?

I am unable to create a Part under “Structure” or even within the parent Logical Component. Even tried creating a logical component package. Is this by design or am I doing something wrong?

Part is by default hidden in the ProjectExplorer.
Activate visibility by unmark Part in the ThreeDotMenue (of the ProjectExplorer) => Filter and Customization => Pre-set-filters

And by default in Capella you should not be creating parts. If you know what you are doing, no problem. But if you’re just starting with Capella and coming from SysML, I would not advise creating parts…
