What is the meaning of allocating a FunctionalExchange to a PhysicalLink?

Hi,

I would like to know the meaning of the attribute ownedComponentExchangeFunctionalExchangeAllocations of the class PhysicalLinkImpl that return a ComponentExchangeFunctionalExchangeAllocation.

For ComponentExchange for example, this attribute is used for allocating FunctionalExchange to ComponentExchange. I’m not able to figure out know what does this means for PhysicalLink. since there is no way to directly allocate a FunctionalExchange to a PhysicalLink
