So: this is something only available on actors (en entities in general). This enables you to create some kind of “inheritance” between actors. This is something that was probably created in Capella before the REC/RPL mechanism existed, and generally speaking, the recommendation would be to use REC/RPL for that instead. This capability is rarely usd in Capella.
BTW, in your screenshot, it looks like you have the capability on a Physical Behavior, which tends to indicate that in your configuration, you have selected the option “Component Non Actor inheritance allowed”. Some remark as before: this Capella configuration is not used a lot and generally not recommended.
