I search the forum to find a weapon system model. Can any one help me to have a weapon system model in Capella?

Its likely that any good model in the topic you are asking for is likely to be government official or secret. It is unlikely that anyone will be able to share a model on the topic you are requesting.

Capella comes with the IFE models which is a good one. Another one is the Level-crossing Traffic Control and there is a couple more ones here: Capella MBSE Tool - Training Material
