I’ve downladed the latest version of capella and I would like to create a new plug-in/addon .
Reading the wiki it should be in file> new> plug-in or add-on. I do not have it.
I’ve tried then to install the Eclipse Plug-in Development Environment.
Steps: help>install new software> add> location: Eclipse software repository | The Eclipse Foundation
But I have this error:

it says that capella requires java version 21, but I have it. I tried to modify capella.ini adding -vm <path_java>, but no improvements.
