Two instances for the same actor

Hi I am new!

I recently started with modelling with Capella. I’ve asked myself the question, How i can use one defined actor twice in the diagram. E.g. the starting example with the toy. when I want to model that the parent (Here instance of mother and one of father) have to communicate with each other. Or I have to Car Drivers e.g. How would i model that for example in an OAB.

Thanks in advance!

What I am about to suggest isnt a particularly beginner friendly/basic concept in Capella; however if you look in the Capella Help manual for Help–>Help Contents–>Capella Guide -->User Manual–> Replicable Elements.

Creating a REC of your parent, then deploying it multiple times as a RPL will meet your use case.

Maybe another answer to this: In Capella, when you create elements, you do not create types, you create directly instances, like in the upcoming SysML v2. So yo may actually want to directly model a father and a mother…
