The difference in default encoding format between Capella 7.0.0 and Capella 6.1.0, and the inability to select GBK format

I recently discovered that after upgrading to Capella 7.0.0, the default encoding format is different from Capella 6.1.0 and there is an issue with not being able to select GBK format.
This caused some of the scripts I wrote in Chinese based on the Python4Capella plugin to have garbled characters. I don’t know if future versions can support encoding formats such as GBK.
