Switch codepage Default to UTF-8?

Hi,
I am currently working with people who are interested in using international fonts (like Japanese, etc.) for labels.
The default option for Encoding in Capella preferences is currently “Cp1252”.
They recommend switching this to UTF-8, as it is more friendly to users from places other than the United States, England, or Western Europe.
I did a little example showing also how to use Emojis in Capella labels…
