SA to LA transition problems

I am trying to do a transition between SA viewpoint to LA viewpoint. I can select the objects, like as functions, function exchanges or systems actors at transition tool and copy these to the right panel but when I look for the elements at the Project Explorer, at Logical Architecture level, that weren’t transferred to there so the realization didn’t take place.

As the result the Logical Function at Project Explorer is empty

I would appreciate if someone could tell me what is happening, why the transition isn’t working properly or which are the possibles causes of that.

I typically just press Apply.
