Would like to know if we could create P&IDs in Capella?
If yes, any tutorial will be helpful or even sample

Sounds to me like you should have a look at what Sirius can do: http://www.eclipse.org/sirius/ and then consider adding a viewpoint using Capella studio/Sirius. We can help if needed.
