New To Capella- I need a bit of help (Student)

Hi,
I am new to Capella and have been using ChatGPT and online guides to try and understand the software, but I feel like I’m taking on a quite complicated project, not knowing how to actually use Capella, is there any way to actually understand Capella like a guide, not like the one on Youtube, or someone who knows just the basic im really trying to put my brain to use here and its quite difficult when the things i want to use in Capella are either greyed out or non exsistent.
