The Kindle edition of the book on Arcadia and Capella by David Hetherington and Pascal Roques is now live on Amazon worldwide.
The print edition is in process now. Our print supplier is producing a proof. After that, it will take a little while to ripple out through the Amazon network. It should appear first in the United States in about ten days. In other countries it will take a variable amount of time as Amazon and our print supplier work out exactly who will fulfill orders in each country.
