Model Based approach for RAMS analyses

Hi,
I have done an MBSE study up to the Physical Architecture on Capella.
Now, I want to realize a RAMS study, I would like to know if there is a way to achieve it on Capella ? And if it is possible, is there a person who has already done because I have some questions?
