[MCB] Adding a "Capability Exploitation" also adds an "Actor Mission Involvement"

In the [MCB] Capabilities diagram of the IFE example, when I add a “Capability Exploitation” relationship between a mission and a capability, it also adds an “Actor Mission Involvement” between the mission and an actor (see screenshot).
Is it a bug of a feature ?

It is a feature. These links can be automatically hidden from the diagram though, using filters.
