On windows 10, do you use IE or Edge?
Do you try to create a new image and save it inside your workspace?

I have tried switching to 1.8.0_121_64b and using it with 1.3.0 and the build you linked and the behavior was the same as before
In terms of browsers our environment has IE, Edge, Chrome and firefox installed, Chrome is default
I’m not trying to create a new image I’m trying to insert one using an absolute path
