Is it possible to generate the "date" without using Word Fields?

Hello,
Is it possible to generate somehow the generate the “date” of execution of the aql querry?
Let’s say something like aql:TimeNow → whenever the aql is used (by M2DOC or in other parts of Capella, such as plugin dev), it will generates the date of your computer now + Time Zone code.

This service doesn’t exist but if you are familiar with Java and Eclipse plugin development you can write your own.
