Imposible to assing Logical Functions to Logic Components

Hello,

I am not sure if it is a known bug. Frequently, I found myself unable to asign Logic Functions from sidebar, to Logic Components in a LAB diagram.

I can not identify a pattern, sometimes it simply works.
