In property view, the ‘Description’ and ‘Documentation’ tabs could be used for that purpose

Hi,
You can use Diagram Properties (tab Description) to add some richtext description to your diagram, but you cannot insert it inside the diagram (next to graphical elements): it could be an interesting feature to develop.
However, you can add some Notes or Text inside diagrams.
