I used the fragment feature to fragment my model in several AIRD.
All my model is hosted in a github.
Is it possible to load only one fragment of my model and not all?

No - as far as I know…
You always “open” the .aird - not the .airdfragment
But it may be advantageous for the memory-handling by eclipse to use some smaller fragment-files than one big file as you may only work on one “fragment”.
