Is there a way that I can export a models that I have made in Capella ver. 1.4.1, to an older version?
I have to share the model with someone who is using ver. 1.3.2. Are there any ways in which this can be handled?

No, you can do the other way round but not use a newer version model with a previous Capella version.
If your concern is only about allowing him to know what you have in your model, without editing it, you can use the XHTML Generator add-on
