Did you transition your operational activities down to system functions or did you start modelling at the system analysis layer independently?
If when clicked on the Root System Function at the SA layer, you look at the Properties tab, then Capella tab… you will see an option for “Realized Operational Activities”. From here you can select (using the three green dots) the Root Operational Activity.

I started with the operational analysis, while passing to the System analysis I imported all my operational activities of OA I corrected the error by putting quick fix, to add root functions to operational functions, I do not know if it is the bone methods
