I use Capella 5.1.
I have an Exchange Scenario in which I show interactions between several components.
I spent time to make it readable, moving messages in a nice way, adding comments, colors, etc …
It is now fine and I would need to have another one that is a kind of variant.
So, I tried to copy/paste it in the Project menu, using copy/paste on the scenario entry (below the Capability node) but unfortunetely the so-called Capella element “DRepresentation Descriptor” is not copied.
I can create diagram through the contextual menu “New Diagram” on the cloned Scenario.
I have the basic scenario now on this diagram but of course I lost all the manual and tedious work to make it readable … that’s a shame !
So I don’t know if it’s a bug or not … Why isn’t the “DRepresentation Descriptor” element copied ?? What can I do to get the same layout ?
I know also there is a tricky copy/paste layout feature on diagrams but couldn’t find a way to make it work.
