Concerning a logical component information in semantic browser, what is the difference between Component Breakdown and Owned Component?

Honestly, I looked into it in the Logical and Physical Architecture, and cannot see the difference. I asked a similar question a while ago and was explained that the underlying requests were different. But did not get to the bottom of it to understand how they are different.
