Capella website not rendering well in Internet Explorer

The Capella Polarsys website (
https://www.polarsys.org/capella/) does not render well when using Internet Explorer 8.
For instance, the tabs in Getting Started page do not show the proper information. You will find here attached an image showing this problem.
Could you please fix this problem in order to allow all possible users to access Capella website ?

Please precise the version of IE you are using. I will be in charge for this issue.
