Hello altogether,
for which Project-Versions is a “Project-Migration” necessary?
E.g. when I have a Capella-Project-1.1.0: do I have to migrate it first to 1.1.1 and then to 1.1.2?
Or is a Project compatible for all 1.1.* and a migration is only necessary e.g. for a step from 1.0.* to 1.1.*?

You don’t have to migrate anything from 1.1.x to 1.1.y. Only if the minor version changes, e.g. from 1.1.x to 1.2.x.
