Bug? Iteration in Operational Processes?

Hello,

This is on Capella 6.1

I cannot create recursive Operational Processes. Consider the following OAIB:

In the OPD diagram I cannot connect “Fourth” to “Second”. I can connect to duplicates. I can also define an iteration sequence. But I cannot connect Fourth to Second to form a loop:

When I connect to duplicates, then the Operational Process does show a loop in the OAIB:
