What is the functionality of each one of the viewpoints?
Can we implement viewpoints, are they fixed in the tool or are they an add on?

Viewpoints are add-ons. Capella brings the Arcadia backbone, and you can add your Viewpoints, which are generally used to add non-functional concerns (data, rules, etc.).
You can build your viewpoints, the Basic Mass, Price, and Performance Viewpoints are examples of that: Capella MBSE Tool - Add-Ons
Viewpoints are generally built using Capella Studio.
Some tool vendors have also built commercial Viewpoints that generally connect with their tools to handle a specialty engineering concern.
