Using the "Plug-ins view" Issue - missing plugins

Hello,
Following the tutorial on this page:

I can’t seem to find the mass viewpoint plugins supposedly available under the list of plug-ins, therefore i Can’t import them:

What can I do to make the plugins appear in the list?
