In my System Analysis level, I have the following order:
I’d like to re-order the topics for a more logical order but the Up and Down arrows are greyed-out in my Capella’s UI:
Any idea why.

I don’t think you can reorder them. You can reorder what’s inside these forlders but not the folder themselves.

Would be a nice to have and probably not difficult to do it as you can already do it one level lower and one level higher.
