I have some questions regarding the system analysis phase. I’ve started modeling my system (an autonomous logistics operation system) using operational analysis. I defined the operational capabilities of the system and the stakeholders, which are the entities of the system. Then, I created the OAIB diagram in which I defined the activities from the operational capabilities. After that, I created the OAB diagram and defined some operational processes. Now, I’m transitioning the operational activities to functions and I will create capabilities from the operational capabilities.
My question is: how should I focus to create these capabilities?
For example, I have an operational capability named “traffic and transport management”.
