is it possible to show the contex-menue FunctionalExchange
RightMouse - Layout - Straigth - To **
in the toolbar?

Hi,
No sorry, there is actually no mean to add a shortcut to this option in the toolbar.
You have to follow the contextual menu to perform the operation.

This would be an evolution to be done on Sirius. I agree it would be good to have it there.
