The documentation generation can be launched from the aird file or by selecting a subset of model elements. In the second case, html pages will be generated only for the selected elements and their children.
Unfortunately, there is no way to ignore some diagrams when generating documentation. You should define an extension to the documentation generation that substitute the default behavior by the needed one.
