FMI (Functional Modular Interface) connection

I have looked into this article Part 9 – Co-Simulation of SysML and others models through FMI – Samares Engineering that uses FMI (https://fmi-standard.org/).

I was thinking that building on top of python4capella could be a way replicate the approach with Capella.

Any thoughts?

I see that PyFMI last release was in 2018… pythonfmu has last release in Feb 2021…
