Filters and Customization look different

I’m trying to delete a requirement, however, none of the normal menu options appear when I right click the requirement (or upper level folders).

I am trying to follow Capturing textual requirements in Capella step-by-step guide (thanks, Helder!), however, I have noticed that my ‘Filters and Customization’ settings don’t match what is described, namely the filters I need to uncheck don’t appear.
I am using Capella 6.1 and requirements add-on 13.1.
Requirements Viewpoint is referenced and active.
Does anyone have insights into why this might be happening?

Most likely you’re not on the right perspective. You need to be in the Capella perspective, see at the top right of your Eclipse window:
