Confirmed on my end, you can raise a ticket I think.
Workaround may be to re-create these libraries with the same name as empty libraries and then remove the libraries dependencies through the usual library dependencies functions.
Or edit the .capella file by end…
In any case, save your project wisely before.

Yes, the GitHub repo is the right place to create issues.
And yes I think raising your issues first on the forum is a good idea. It helps to make sure that this is really a bug and I think you’re going to have more reactivity here than in the github issues.
