The Capella model can be exported in HTML, using the XHTML Documentation Generation add-on (
http://www.polarsys.org/capella/download.html).
Using Wired-Marker (freeware Firefox plugin
http://www.wired-marker.org/en/), you can make comments directly in the HTML export. This is particularly useful when you want to collect comments from people that do not use Capella (yet!).
